Hi Terry, The Delaware County Daily Times, once "The Chester Times" is on microfilm at the Delaware County Historical Society, (DCHS). Newspapers are NOT kept at the Delaware County Archives! Unless you have a date you will have a very difficult time finding a picture. Have you searched, "The Old Chester" website? There might be something there or someone might be able to find you a picture of Playtown Park.
