    3. 1920 Delaware cnty, PA Census: H Weston EYRE was Secretary to Manager at a steel company in or near Chester, PA. Does anyone have any idea which steel company this might have been? 1920 Delaware cnty, PA Census: Robert Hanby EYRE living at 408 W 12th St, Chester, and working as a Storekeeper at shipyard. Does anyone have any idea which shipyard this might have been? I have assumed SunShip. 1930 Delaware cnty, PA Census: H Weston EYRE living at 26 Cider St (26 Cedar St), Marcus Hook and working as a Stenographer at an auto factory office. Does anyone have any idea what auto factory this might have been?

    3. Judy, Ford had a plant in Chester for many years. Check out www.oldchesterpa.com for more info on Ford, Sun Ship and other companies. There was a steel company just over the state line in Delaware but, for the life of me, I cannot recall its name. Someone living in Chester could have very easily worked there.
