Some counties have partial access to old deeds online by now, but Delaware Co offers online access to deed transfers filed since about 1982. The best way is to go to the office, look at the index, and ask to see the deeds you think might be yours; generally they're on microfilm; you can get a photocopy of appropriate deeds. You can also arrange to get copies by phone and mail. Here is the website of the Delaware Co PA Recorder of Deeds with a phone number: http://www.co.delaware.pa.us/depts/recorder.html
