Hi List, I have a question about the Ancestry's Military Records. I'm having trouble finding my grandfathers records from this area. I have his certificates and all, but I was hoping to locate them in the Ancestry's records. Problem is, He was already serving during the period 1929 to 1936 and again in 1944 to 1945. So where do I look for his records in the search sections. Would he still be listed under the WWll draft registrations? I can't seem to find the appropriate sections in order to find him. His first enlistment was with the National Guards to which his rating no#'s does not coincide with that which I found so far. His second enlistment was in the Navy to which again it looks like the only search option falls within the Officers. Has anyone else had this problem?
