Heads up, I just received this from another mailing list & thought it would be of importance: Hi folks ~ I went to the PA Dept of Health website to download the form to request a copy of a death certificate and, lo and behold, the fee is increasing from $3 to $9 per copy. Copies of birth certificates are going up to $10. They will accept the $3 fee per copy if it is postmarked by Dec 31st. So if you procrastinate like I do, you might want to send for them soon! I didn't know about the increase, but then I'm probably the only one that didn't! Also, could someone tell me if they will accept one check for multiple requests? I was just wondering about that, as well if I can send more than one request per envelope? This is the first time I've sent for any, so I'm not sure of the process. Thanks for any help in advance.
