In the future, please do NOT send a message to this e-mail list telling people I told you something that you never conferred with me about!! If you want to donate genealogy info to the DCHS contact them. I have never known them not to accept any genealogy info on a family from Chester - Delaware County, PA. I have compiled a DALTON family history on Joseph & Jane DALTON and their 8 children. It spans their lives from 1805 in Cumberland County England to their immigration to the U.S. in 1842 - then their lives in Delaware County until their deaths. I have listed sources for every scrap of information - dates, baptisms, marriages, addresses, deaths and anything else I found. What I'd like to know is......how can I donate a copy to the DCHS? A very long time ago someone said it had to be a "bonded" copy. I don't know what that is. I think it was Helen Imburgia I wrote to about this subject a few years ago. I couldn't get it printed in a cosmetically pleasing fashion as I had originally intended but I have assembled the documents and all the sources. Any suggestions on how to be sure it's available for other Delaware County researchers?
