I remember the Smallpox vacine. I was born 1951. We couldn't touch it until the scab fell off. They stopped giving them in the 1970's I remember the polio sugar cub. Everyone in town had to go to the school on Sundays to get them. The nurse made sure we swollowed it and then she marked our names off. I think we had to go a couple of times, didn't we.
