I think the school closed a couple of years ago. On the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare page, I found the following brief description: 1826 The House of Refuge is established in Philadelphia so that delinquent youth will no longer have to be incarcerated with adult prisoners. The facility was later divided into separate campuses for girls and boys, which still provide services as Sleighton Farms School and Glen Mills School respectively.
