Hi Lori, You do not get birth certificates from Delaware Co., PA. You have to send to the state of PA for a copy of a birth certificates for anyone born in the state of PA. If the person was born before 1906 a certificates does not exist but If the person was born in Delaware Co. there are birth records for the years 1893-1906 at the Dela. Co.
