SECOND: Please identify which time period: 1795 -1860 or 1860 -1906 Example of subject line: Naturalization -- THOMAS, James 1860 -1906 NOTE: Women were NOT Naturalized in this time period -- they became a citizen if & when their husband did or when they married a man who had already became a citizen or was a citizen. If a person lives in Philadelphia or Berks Co., PA they would NOT have come to Delaware Co., PA to file citizenship papers but if a person lives in Delaware Co. he may go to Phila. to file!
