Hello listers -- Just today I received information from LDS in SLC in answer to my recent query on how to obtain a copy of a marriage record in 1854. I was under the impression that no state records were available for that particular time. FamilySearch provided a film number which they say contains all of the above for Counties Chester through Indiana, held in the PA State Archives.
