    3. In the Chester Times Yearbook for 1946 there is a section on Fraternal Organizations. It lists their meeting times, places and post numbers. Abruzzi and Molise Benefit Society Artisians Order of Mutual Protection Benevolent Protector of the Elks Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen Catholic Daughters of America Chester Police Association Dames of Malta Daughters of Rebekah (I.O.O.F.) - this one solved a mystery for me on the initials IOOF. There was an obituary which mentioned membership and I'd never heard of this. Daughters of St. George Degree of Pocahontas Foresters of America Fraternal Order of Eagles Fraternal Order of Orioles Fraternal Order of Police Fraternal Patriotic Americans Grand Army of the Republic Wilde Post members have all died.
