Pauline, I looked at the census image that you cited and the home is the Good Shepherd home not Good Samaritan. That area is very close to where I live and it consists of very old row or twin homes. there is a street named Good Shepherd Terrace and I would imagine that's where this home was located although the street that is listed on the census image is Old Lancaster Rd.
