Good morning list, I just received the following news article yesterday & I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of the IHM Cemetery in Linwood, Delaware Co., PA. I'm especially interested in the double house that is being referred too, in this news article. 100 YEARS AGO - 1906 While trying to prevent a frightened cow from running away, Mrs. Bernard McINTYRE, who lives in the large double house at the Immaculate Heart Cemetery, was thrown to the ground with great force and fractured her wrist and forearm. It is not believed she will ever again have the use of her left arm. The cemetery is near Linwood and is in charge of Joseph WARD, formerly of Chester. He, also lives on the cemetery property next to Mrs. McINTYRE. She was taken to Chester Hospital and Dr. J. L. FORWOOD reduced the fracture before she was returned to her house in the cemetery. Ref: "Delaware County Daily Times" Saturday, May 20, 2006. NOTE: Mary (Ward) McINTYRE was age 44, at this time & had m. in 1904. Happy hunting, Helen (DCGS) ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour
