List Members: Is it possible to obtain PA Railroad Records prior to 1939 when the Railroad Retirement Board was instituted? Jacob B. Clemm, (the B stands for either BUSH or BISH, depending on what you read) b. 1857 d. 1899, at some point, was employed by the PA RR and lost his arm in a RR accident.
