    3. Are these just for a Pennsylvania Railroad Line, or for all railroad lines in Pennsylvania? I had a 3X great grandfather, Jacob Weiss/ Wise, was a ticket agent at the Highspire Railroad Station; somehow or other he also, probably from before the railroad was built as he owned it in 1850 census, owned five lots of property on the railroad tracks about a block from the station. He was a weaver of rugs or carpets (census confirms this), and he had his loom set up at the railroad station, and wove while working. It must have been quite a sight! He was born in Switzerland, and his wife was born in Germany. Further, he may have been River Brethren. Both just past the turn of the century. In Pennsylvania by 1830 but not in Highspire in 1840. I further understand that the railroad company came to own all those houses. I'd really like to find whatever records the railway company kept of all this!
