Paul, I located a small book I have titled "Surname Index to 49 Dauphin County Cemeteries - Pennsylvania -", pub. 1980 by Southwestern Pennsylvania Genealogical Services. It has the surname WOODSIDE listed for the Lutheran and Reformed Graveyard in Elizabethville. SHELL is listed in Shell's Lutheran and Reformed Church Cemetery, East Hanover Twp. Hope this helps!
