Hi Karl, <Try this one: Death Records: Online Searchable Death Indexes &< Databases It will give you the newspaper name and date the obit was published. Mostly from the late 1980's to today. <When you're finished with that, try this one: U.S. Newspapers and Online <Media Guide This gives the names of all newspapers in the U.S. and Canada that are on-line. Sometimes you'll luck out and find the obit. Then do this one: <<Public Libraries This will give you all libraries in the U.S., so you can write to them and ask for a copy of the obit. If it is older obits that you are looking for, try this <<PAGenWeb: Pennsylvania Genealogy Quite a few (if not all) of the counties have an obit page. These will be obits that people have contributed. Hope this helps. Donna Thomas
