Many people have documented it's records, but I know of no publication as of yet. During the growing season, its almost impossible to catch the caretaker in his office. A record check there may dig up Frances/Fanny Landis. The time frame is right. You didn't mention her church affiliation while married to Abraham. That just might be a good lead, also.
