Hello Fellow Listers: Just wanted to let you know that the Juniata County Historical Society is hosting a bus trip to the National Archives in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, April 21st. The cost is $24.00 per person. note: The D.A.R. will be open that day. They will once again be stopping at the Mountain Gate Family Restaurant in Thurmont, Maryland on the way home for dinner. This is a smorgasbord meal and the cost is usually around $11.00. Dinner is not included in on the $24.00. The JCHS needs to know if you are planning on going a.s.a.p. as Yoder Buses are going to open it up to their clientel on March 1st. ... It's first come - first served.
