Can anyone tell me about the Valley View PO area in Elizabethville, Dauphin Co, PA. I believe there is a cemetery there called, "Valley View Cemetery" and I would like to know about it. Where is it located and is there a survey on it? Please help before I go there on my search for my long lost great-in-laws graves. Helen L. nothing like Valley PO area in Elizabethville. Cemeteeries in Elizabethville are Maple Grove Cemetery and The Old Stone Church Cemetery. Valley View is in Schuylkill county off of route 25. I am not sure as to the Township though. Valley View is in Hegins Township in Schuylkill Co. I have printed records of St. Andrews UM Church there and also Frieden's Evangelical Lutheran and Reformed Church of the town of Hegins, which is nearby. Let me know if I can help. Jonas Hoke, died 12/18/1901, age 70 years 1 month and 29 days, he was a private in co. K, 176th reg. pa. drafted in military. G.A.R. his wife was Caroline born 5/25/1841-3/26/1920. they are buried in the Chruch of God cem. in Valley View, ap. hope this helps????
