THe name address and phone # are correct. The caretakers name is Bob. He is very friendly and helpful and the records, as mentioned before are in the basement. I talked to him several weeks ago, and asked about putting the records on the computer. He said that there were close to 30,000 cards. Anyone undertaking this will have several years of work. Judy et al: Please don't be discouraged and give up without trying. While some 30,000 seems like a lot and a formidable job, it isn't impossible. In addition to placing many smaller cemeteries on various pages, I prepared GEYER'S HILLSDALE Cemetery, consisting of over 2,700 burials, in about a months time, then spent many months touching it up and adding photos as genealogists asked details about certain families. I also have family buried at the cemetery and have found Bob to be most helpful. If someone decides to take on the co-ordination this project I would be willing to help transcribe but as I live in Western NC it would require that copies of the cards be sent to me. Ray Rhoads
