Would anyone be able to help find a birth record for William Decatur WINDLE born Jan 13th, 1898,in Steelton, I wrote to Dauphin Co. court, they said they had no records for him,I also asked for a marriage record for his parents Isaac Harrison WINDLE and Jennie COFFIN they once again said they had no records, if anyone can help, thank you.
