I think this discussion about using all CAPS or not is pretty silly. Who cares? The important thing is whether or not you can read the information the person is posting. I prefer to get the information I need and not worry about how the person sent it. Let's get back to what this site is all about and forget about whether someone used upper case or lower case. Do what is easiest for you. Sorry, but I just had to throw my 2 cents worth in.
