Hi Mary; There are many MOYERS in the book: 1) Benjamin F., born 1841 in Lower Paxton and a son of Daniel and Rebecca (Gettle) Moyer; 2) Elkanah D., born 1869 in Berks county, a son of Jeremiah E. and Melinda S. (Wenrich) Moyer; 3) John, farmer in Gratz, born 1840 and a son of George and Margaret (Tallman) Moyer; 4) John H., born in Derry Church in Dauphin in 1857, a son of John B. Moyer (also born at Derry Church) and Catherine Kline; 5) Rev. C.C., pastor of the Evangelical churches of Elizabethville, Oakdale, Lykens and Wiconisco, born in Bucks county in 1867, a son of Christian F. and Mary (Clymer) Moyer. Rudolf, the grandfather spelled his name Meyer and previous to that it had been spelled Maier. The grandfather died and the father was born, in Montgomery county.
