The two obituaries, copied from The Middletown Journal, do not shed too much light on them. The one obituary shows a Samuel born at SWAtaRa Hill (Rocktown, Londonderry Township) October 19, 1822. The other Samuel's headstone shows him to be 76 years of age when he died in 1898 but again, with little family information given. So which SAMUEL YOUNG born in 1822 are you searching? I have absolutely nothing on Samuel died 1898, while Samuel died 1903 is listed as a brother of Col. James Young, sons of Peter Young.
