Naturalization records are to be kept at the county level per the Scranton which is where the US Middle District Court is for PA. When the Dauphin Co Prothonotary's office is questioned, this is where they send you. WRONG. The records are in the Dauphin Co Prothonotary's Office but maybe or maybe not only after 1906. The manager there is reluctant to give out or look for public records. This is probably why no one is answering your question. Hopefully this helps. Sorry!
