If you didn't know which Lodge he was a member of but tried a hit-or-miss method, perhaps you should communicate with the Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of Ohio. His birth and death dates are important to pin point the specific individual. The Grand Secretary may or may not help you with this information. If you are not a member of a Masonic Lodge, perhaps you could get a member to make the inquiries for you. Not sure if this will help, but it certainly would not harm anything.
