Connie, I was able to buy a death certificate for my gggrandfather, Henry J. BEYERLE at the Department of Vital Records in Elkhart, the county seat. The phone book shows the address as: 315 S 2nd, Elkhart. Ph. 523-2205 When I got his death certificate, I went to:608 Oakland Ave., Elkhart. The phone book I have may be an old one. I was there in about 1997/8 and the book is a 1995 issue. BOB
