Have you checked for John or Samuel as the father of Michael? Also look in Northumberland County, PA. Families in that region that have intermarried with BAUM are WEHRY and MAURER. Some WEHRY descendents that also intermarried with BAUM were in Washington, DC by 1870. Those are still there.
