The living siblings and kids are not named but perhaps the person whose genealogy this is can direct you to one or more who could tell you if Bobby ever married or had kids himself that you could pass the pictures to. Also he died in 1975 so it is likely you can get the Harrisburg library to send you the obit for a few bucks for copying and mailing. That will also tell you about his immediate family if any.
