    3. I don't recall the exact dates but the Oracle of Dauphin published in Harrisburg from the 1790s to the first or second decade of the nineteenth century. The PA State Library has microfilm copies of part of it, the PA State Archives has some, and the Historical Society of Dauphin County might have a few paper copies.
