Thank you very much Glenda. It is always a delicate matter to post to this list, so I usually don't post. As I read this early Lykens paper, though, I kept thinking that other list members may have relatives among the names mentioned. Based upon a couple of responses, a couple of the items have apparently had useful information for some list members. In order not to overwhelm the list I will post no more than five items a day until I finish the local news page. Does anybody know anything about this school? Not sure of the spelling, but it sounds like Noodledusie Academy. I don't know where it is...but I think it would have been somewhere accessible by horse from around Clark's Ferry. Any info appreciated!
