    2. Hi George, You could also call the cemetery: Harrisburg Cemetery (717) 234-8661 13th and Liberty Sts, Harrisburg, PA 17101 I believe John Bry is still the caretaker. You can read about him and the cemetery in this article: _http://www.nj.com/homegarden/design/index.ssf/2008/01/cemetery_home.html_ (http://www.nj.com/homegarden/design/index.ssf/2008/01/cemetery_home.html) Here's another interesting site that allows you to pan around the cemetery a little: _http://www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=551_ (http://www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=551) Here's yet another link to pictures of the cemetery: _http://www.beyondsecond.com/artists/?id=166_ (http://www.beyondsecond.com/artists/?id=166) I hope this helps, Rae In a message dated 11/6/2008 3:08:48 A.M. 3. They have not been recorded and when I asked for a name I was told that name was not in the cemetery. When I found a listing at the Historical Society and told them the plot number, they miraculously found it. They also have no record of why strangers are buried in our family owned plot. Good luck. 3. Hi Fred, Maybe the name was not spelled Bergstresser at the time but they were there. 1840 U.S. Census Pennsylvania Perry Co. Toboyne Twp. Jackson Twp. 12 Sept. 1850 page 339 31/33 Barrigstresser John m age 85 born Bucks Co. blind Ann f age 35 born Perry Co. Susan f age 1 born Perry Co. I have Ann's son David's obit and death certificate plus info from deceased relatives. They all say the name was Bergstresser. The same goes for Catharine Bergstresser Cooney and Barbara Bergstresser Stambaugh. Maybe John is the only one of his line that went into Perry County, although his mother Anna Rosina (Rosanna .... maiden name unknown) is listed on the 1840 census in Toboyne Twp. Her husband was Jacob Bergstresser. Beverly On Nov 6, 2008, at 6:26 PM, Frederick W.
