    3. I don't recall the exact dates but the Oracle of Dauphin published in Harrisburg from the 1790s to the first or second decade of the nineteenth century. The PA State Library has microfilm copies of part of it, the PA State Archives has some, and the Historical Society of Dauphin County might have a few paper copies. 3. Message for Judith BOOKWALTER. Judith, I don't know if your message was to me or not, but I have an original 1896 copy of The Biographical Encyclopedia of Dauphin County and will be more than happy to type up some bios according to your transcription guidelines, but I don't want to duplicate what someone may already be in the process of transcribing. Can you indicate a few names from the book which aren't curently being transcribed and I will get at them over the next few days, then, once submitted, you can send me a few more bios to be done, and we'll take it from there, ad infinitum (or nauseum!). 3. 25 years since the first reunion, and 254 years in the US! The ROMBERGER family (and all its variations - Ramberger, Rumberger, Rombarger, Rambarger, Rumbarger, Rauchenberger, Raumberger, Raumbarger, Rauenberger) hope you can join us! The legendary Romberger All-Family Reunion is happening again this year at St. John's (aka the "Hill Church") overlooking Berrysburg, PA, which is ground zero for many Rombergers. Besides outstanding food and socializing, this reunion helps people share and investigate their genealogy, even as far back as the pre-1753 landing in the US of the first immigrant ancestor, Bartel aka Bartholmaus. And it's just fun! If you're linked, whether you can go or not, please visit the website to learn more about: - getting your name on the snail-mail family mailing list for events via a Response Sheet you can print out - supporting thru contributions ongoing research on the family in Germany - volunteering time or talents to ensure the reunions continue - bringing younger folks into the reunion fold for the future For more details please see http://rombergers.tripod.com/rombergerallfamilyreunion/index.html Hope to see you there!

Martin died 22 DEC 1825 in Swatora twp., Dauphin Co., PA at age 38 of brain fever. Anna died 19 APR 1858 in Harrisburg, PA. She is buried in Harrisburg Cem, Plot B-46. 3. Hi Bev- Good luck with those photos. You may want to contact regivens@sbcglobal.net S/he has Robert Fasick of Harrisburg on their genealogy. The info on Bobby says ID: I123880 Name: Robert L FASICK Surname: Fasick Given Name: Robert L Sex: M Birth: 22 Sep 1922 in ,, Pennsylvania Death: Dec 1975 in of Harrisburg, Dauphin, Pennsylvania _UID: 9AAEA61965BC35478CEF8521FD84A6432F47 Note: !DEATH: SSDI at Ancestry.com - Name: Robert Fasick SSN: 196-14-4381 Last Residence: 17103 Harrisburg, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, United States of America Born: 22 Sep 1922 Died: Dec 1975 State (Year) SSN issued: Pennsylvania (Before 1951 ) Change Date: 15 Apr 2006 at 12:58:51 Father: Maxwell Esmond FASICK b: 5 Sep 1896 in Mifflin, Juniata, Pennsylvania Mother: Sylvia E BORTNER b: Nov 1898 in ,, Pennsylvania The link to this info is at http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=regivens1&id=I123880 If you click on Bobby's mom's name, you'll see a list of her kids (seven) and it appears four are living, and at least one of those has kids too. The living siblings and kids are not named but perhaps the person whose genealogy this is can direct you to one or more who could tell you if Bobby ever married or had kids himself that you could pass the pictures to. Also he died in 1975 so it is likely you can get the Harrisburg library to send you the obit for a few bucks for copying and mailing. That will also tell you about his immediate family if any. Hope this helps.

    3. Does any person on the list have knowledge of a Robert "Bobby" Fasick? This man served in the military during WWII. My family is going through some old photos and there are several of this man in uniform (Army?). I would like to return the pictures to family members, if I can locate anyone. I think the family or relatives might have lived in East Hanover Twp. Dauphin Co. Thanks. Bev Wyld
