I have traced George WEISER and Ida Matilda LAMISON to the 1870 & 1880 PA Census. In both census PA is given for both she & her parents as place of birth. Of course this doesn't mean she wasn't born somewhere else, moved shortly after birth to PA & doesn't know she was born anywhere else. She would have been about 7 or 8, depending on her birthdate in the 1860 Census . Did 1860 census even list the names & ages of children? Do you have any other info. I can try & follow up ? Has anything you've found mention her husband George WEISER, b. 1843? Once again ~ thanks!
