I have been trying to link the Bauman of Ephrata [Johannes] with my grgrgrgrandfather Christian Bowman,b. 1794 that married Mary Mohler. He was supposed to have been born in Lancaster Co., but I am no longer sure, as I have tried every source in Lancaster to find his parents.
