Hello Fellow Listers: Did all Counties/States require that a license ["stub"] be obtained to dig a grave. I do know that there are very small, old stubs in Lewistown, Mifflin Co. as well as I've recently seen a posting on one of the counties in Ohio stating the same. If this was a requirement for all burials in these counties, between what years were they required and where are they housed as now???? Thanks for any help!
