Janice, The 1858 Atlas shows a piece of land across the road west of the Oyster Point Hotel as belonging to Maria Nichols. This is next to Abraham Oyster's land. You can probably request deeds in her name from the Registrar of Deeds at the Cumberland co. Ct. House.
