I believe this same JOHN AGNEW is the JOHN AGNEW who wrote a will on 3 May 1850. In his will JOHN AGNEW says my beloved wife but I do not see her name mentioned. He does list his two sons JOHN AGNEW and JAMES AGNEW. The following is part of the will of JOHN AGNEW written in Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA in 1850. The print is very small and many words are not legible.
