Parents are suppose to be Jacob Leaphart & Anna Cornman- these were listed on his death certificate. Joseph moved to Burlington, IA in 1856. Married Nov 22, 1860 to Anna Corman in Burlington, Ia. They raised their family there and died there. Looking for Leaphart/Leipart family in PA. Appreciate any help!
I was looking through my Cornman book by Charles Albert Cornman and I found a Catherine Leaphart married to Elias Brownawell David Leaphart married to Ellen Cornman Elizabeth Leaphart married to David Cornman but I didn't find a Jacob or Joseph Leaphart. I am a descendant of the Cornmans.
