I'm hoping to find more information on Charles FRONK/FRANCK, died 1837 in Dauphin Co. The earliest record I have of him is the 1806 birth record of his son Johannes in St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Cumberland Co. He is listed on the 1810 Buffalo Twp. Cumberland Co. census and by 1821 is listed in the Halifax Dauphin Co. tax lists under inmate and later tenant. Below is a portion of a petition that lists his children and who they were intermarried with at the time. Charles Fronk deceased September 12, 1837 Sale awarded Upon the petition of William Reed administrator of the estate of Charles FRONK the late of Halifax Township Dauphin County deceased. Stating that the said intestate died leaving a widow and issue five children to wit Margaret intermarried with David METZEBAUGH who is dead leaving one child.
