Hi, I only have one KNOUSE....................I have found her listed as Catherine but mostly as Sarah............this is all I know of her, her maisen name I got from a widow's pension record . Sgt. Edward WILDERS b. 1820 MD, d. July 24, 1869 (buried in Old Carlisle Cem.) married Sarah KNOUSE (b. 1820) mrd. 9 Sept, 1841 in Petersburg, Adams Co., Pa. She died sometime after the 1890 special census was taken, I do not know when though....................I haven't found out who her parents are as yet???
