Following is from a newspaper article written in 1904: "They left Baltimore and located in a section of Cumberland County Pa. known as the Highlands. Here he followed the occupation of weaver and farmer for a period of 23 years, then removed to the Walnut Bottoms where he remained till 1831." THEY are William and Nancy (Nail) BALLENTINE. THEY had 13 children born between 1802-1826. Two died while in Pa.: Elisa 1802 and Andrew 1829. THEY left Pa. and migrated to Ohio in 1831. Can anyone help me with any records that these BALLENTINE's may have in this area? I am trying my hardest to get from Ireland to Ohio in my lineage but hit a brickwall when it comes to their time in Pa. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike Ballentine
