I figure this is as good a time as any to throw my own Diehl search out there. My John Diehl, a farmer, died of dysentary at Hopewell, Cumberland County, in 1854 at age 45. He and his wife, the former Jane Laughlin, are buried at Hanna's Cemetery in that township. Has anyone a good lead on which of the many John Diehls this might be? I have no clue on his parentage. They were the parents of nine children, the third, Ann Catherine Diehl, becoming my great-great-grandmother after her marriage to James McCullough in 1854. Many thanks, Brian McCullough
