I think it's just a spelling issue. The children of Peter Diehl are reportedly Peter, Christian, John, Catherine, Anthony, Anna Mary, Anna Eva, and Elizabeth. Ed Deal sent me this information. He is working with Harry Diehl on a book about Diehl/etc families in PA. Harry has worked on Diehls for years. Maybe he will have help for you.
