I am looking for documentation on the birth of Phillip KNIFELY who was born in Cumberland, PA in 1777. He might have been related to a JACOB NIFLEY who was born about 1704. I am also looking for a documentation of a marriage between Roger MOURNING and Jane KENNEDY in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in 1778. I will be traveling to the area in October and wondered where the best libraries would be to do my research.
