Good Mornin' Fellow LIsters: For Birth Registers prior to 1906, you'll have to go to the Cumberland County Court House.... or the Historical Society / Hamilton Library. Birth Registers and Death Registers were kept by the Counties in Pennsylvania from about 1852-1855 and then again from about 1893-1906. Each county may be a little different. What year are you searching for? If the date does not fall between the listed dates then you will need to find Church or Bible Records for proof. Best Wishes....
