Had children Elizabeth b1834, William b 1838, Jacob b abt 1840, Sarah b 1842, Samuel b abt 1846, Philip A b 1850, and Susan b abt 1853. John and many of his children are buried in Camp Hill Cemetery, Cumberland Co, PA This family group is found in the Cumberland County Census 1850 Hampden twp M432-773 pg 418; 1860 East Pennsboro Twp M653-1101 pg 205; 1870 East Pennsboro Twp M593-1332 pg 34.
