I would check with the Cumberland County Historical Society since they have taken possession of some of the older Court Records. The Cumberland County Bar Association, http://ccba.pa.net/home/, may have some idea where to look also. Attorneys were admitted to practice in an individual county, rather than on a statewide basis until some time in the 1970's. Ame
